I have built up a selection of vintage wheels, mostly from the 80’s. I have about three more on ebay that I am going to take off and add onto this thread, so check back for updates!
Collection is from near Gospel Oak – NW3 North London. I can be around during the day and evenings for pick up

cheers,
MattNUMBER 1 – FREE -TAKEN
First up is a bundle of three FREE wheels for restoration. A 27” wheelset which has Wolber super champion rims and Maillard HF hubs (I think). The other wheel is an STX hub with Ambrosio rim.
NUMBER 2 - £45
26” ARAYA rims on SANSIN ‘muddy FOX’ hubs. These are in great shape. Stainless spokes and alloy rims, which maybe need about 1mm truing. includes 6 speed Suntour freewheel and Specialized FATBOY tyres. These date from 1988 (from the Muddy Fox Explorer). Can do them cheaper if you only want the wheels and not the tyres or Freewheel.
NUMBER 3 – £45 ----> £40 ----> £35
Raleigh Randonneur wheels. hubs and rims all good. stainless spokes. New freehub fitted and rear hub re-greased. Tyres say 28” on them, so I’m guessing these are 700c rims.
Mavic module 4 ultra tough touring rims. I think they were designed for tandems originally. -

I am looking for someone to come and help out with my webshop!
I specialise in old school BMX stuff that I import from overseas, but also sell second hand bike parts. At the moment I need someone to come in for a day or two a week and help me get through a back log of products that I need online. Taking photos, writing descriptions, maintaining and improving the website, etc. Also, maybe packing and posting some orders. All pretty straight forward stuff, but would need to be fairly efficient to make it work for the business. Bike knowledge, basic computer and photography skills are all helpful things. Might suit someone on a summer break from college?
It could lead into a more permanent role in the future as I am moving out of my home office and into a unit in Chalk Farm at some point in the future.
Please email if you are interested and we can take it from there: boydsbikes@gmail.com

I just bought a nice little bike in East Sussex, but have realised just how out of my way it is.. Is there anyone near Uckfield who can pick it up and either box it for a courier or bring it to central London..
I'm thinking there must be Brighton people who make that journey fairly often?
I will pay handsomely for your time and effort! You will be saving me a 3 1/2 hour round trip and a £13 train ticket, so how about £50 if you can get it to Camden, North London?
Many thanks,
