It's a Dolan 54 aluminium frame .takes a 1"fork downtube shifter boss. Was a mess when my mate gave me the frame .stuck some cannondale stickers on. old Dolan stickers were peeling off .would make a great pub /rat bike. .collect from kingston town centre need it gone .

Is this what you trying too do fit a 26mm bar in a 31.8mm stem .I made my own spacers cutting a 40mm piece off 27.2mm seat post and then cutting in half to make a shim . For a rat bike.
