Pt 2.
After Lake Tahoe we drove south and had a stop in a small town in the forest. Ate burgers at this joint and got talking with some locals. They warned us from Yosemite and said we should go to Mammoth and ride our bikes instead. We got some sleep at a motel (xmas light and breakfast pics) before driving through Yosemite. We originally had planned to camp in Yosemite Valley, but the guys we spoke with were right – so packed with tourists and we just kept going. So we went to Mammoth were we stayed at a campground up by a lake (not as scary as the one in Tahoe, but still with bear warnings) for two nights. Mammoth has some really nice trails, so we did a long lightweight trail ride and rested up by the campfire.

So getting this should make all my worries go away? https://www.bikester.no/387951.html?c=816
It's like the only two in stock in Norway right there.

I've asked them to tighten properly and fit a >50T ring. They want to sell me the BB at cost price.
Does anyone know what the recommended clearance is?
@Lukas: I'm guessing the tapering is different. I'm borrowing the SG75 from a friend with option to buy cheap. To be honest, if I can't fit either the Omnium or the SG75 I'm not really interested in the frame.

Dolan finally got back to me, and they now believe me using Hatta BB could be causing the SG75 to not fit. They suggest using the Sugino standard BB which I of course don't have.
Got this photo from them showing a SG75 with matching BB.
Does the Hatta BB really give a narrower chainline and will swapping BB solve everything?

Never mind the disc, I will need to build/get a rear wheel for normal use. But that BB would only push the crank 1 mm out compared to the 109 on there now. Would still be tight, and I would need to buy it to see if it would work.
It really sucks. I want it to work, and sending it back would mean even more work for me to ship it and to get Norwegian VAT back. Dolan say they'll only cover £30 of the shipping, and I'm looking at £40-50 to get it out of the country. What a f*cking mess.
@Pifko Yep, I know, I didn't have to tool to tighten it properly.
