Can't imagine there are many people on the forum out for an XL coat, but nevertheless,
Carhartt Arctic Coat, wool in XL. Nicely finished with leather embroided logos and leather toggles on cords.
I bought this in 2013? Was £250 brand new. I only ever wore it to special occasions, so maybe worn about 10 times in 5 years. Great condition.
You could easily get away with this if you normally wear a large, as I used to, and it feels more like a pea coat or duffle coat.
Looking for £95.
Based in Edinburgh, happy to post.Any questions, drop me a message.
Cheers.

After some advice,
Was recommended to start doing squats to help prevent possible injury and build up leg strength.
I just did 4 sets of 25 and my left knee was really starting to hurt, like a sharp, shooting pain. This happened the last time I tried squats, about a year ago, and the reason I shelved squats.
Any advice on what I should do? Avoid them? Try something else?

In regards to my last posts;
Bike handed in to local bike shop. They're going to replace the mudguards with something worthwhile.
What's scary is, the member of staff told me it's the 2nd Genesis they've had in the last week with the same issue, albeit a Day One and not a Flyer; still.....No response from Genesis yet. It did take them 2 weeks to get back to me with bike specifications, so I'm not holding out...

So my 3 week old Genesis Flyer buckaroo'ed me off this morning. The stock mudguard on the rear snapped and lodged in between the wheel and the frame.
I had read some reviews of the bike before I bought it and seen that the mudguards breaking had been an issue, but one
Genesis were aware of and they had taken action and passed the information to local dealers.
Either my local dealer didn't get the memo, or Genesis didn't do anything about it.
Luckily I wasn't injured, just a bit of shock. Could have been a lot worse, busy road etc, etc.
Local shop were obviously sympathetic, told me to bring it in ASAP and they'll see what they can do. To me, it's not their issue.Pretty disappointed with Genesis.
P.S. Did I mention it was only 3 weeks old?!

Cracking run the other morning. Caught a bus out to West Linton, just south of Edinburgh, followed a section of the Old Drove Road to Peebles, and caught a bus back up to Edinburgh from Peebles.
It's a nice distance of 21km and a max elevation of 500m. I wasn't going for pace as although sign posted, some parts still had to be navigated. This involved dodging moody live stock.
Great trail though. Great mix of single track, pine forest, open rolling hills, a small amount of country road and farm tracks. Would definitely do it again.
If any one is ever up in Edinburgh and fancies doing it, I'd recommend. -

My recommendation;
Saucony Xodus Iso 2.
The Saucony Xodus Iso 3 is not long out now, so the Iso 2 will be reduced in most places.
I've had 3 pairs with a set of Hoka speedgoats in between, and went straight back to the saucony.
Done a lot of running on trails and roads in each pair. Pretty supportive and cushioned for a trail shoe. A bit on the heavier side, but unless you're racing, that might not matter. -
Anyone have a large Pompino to sell?
Are pompinos mudguards compatible? Looks like they are, but is it a standard fitting, or is there some fiddly bits involved?
