I tried altras, and I also have very flat feet.
Funnily enough, they also came recommended by a podiatrist. They are very wide in the toe box. I didn't get on well with that.I have flat, wide, feet, but they are wide right underneath of the ankle, and narrow at the toe, so for me my feet moved around too much in the altra.
Does anyone use knee supports? I've tried a neo g strap one and, but it keeps slipping down when running. This is the same for tubular knee supports I've tried. I get a bit of lateral movement in my knee when running.

Organised by Social Bite.
The owner of which is a right bawsack. Extremely privileged. Went to a very expensive private school. Has no real experience with homeless people, and uses his charity as an excuse to rub shoulders with "A list" celebrities, that he pays big money to attend his cafes and restaurants.
This does nothing for the charity other than attract idiots out in to the street that want to see a celebrity.
Has he done anything for homelessness in the long term? No, well maybs 2 or 3 jobs for some of Edinburghs actual homeless in 4 or 5 years.
In the short term though, he has 2 massive queues of non-homeless, junkies waiting for hand outs at the end of the day when the cafe closes.https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-scotland-edinburgh-east-fife-34793207

Street League, now there is an honest homelessness charity, run by some one with the experience and the no how of what helps and what doesn't.
Not to mention their food is sub par.
I wish I didn't hate Social Bite, but it seems to have been born out of status for one, rather than actually making a difference for the needy.

I disagree.
I've got a great Rab jacket (mantra) although a bit heavy.
I think for 100 pound, although not expensive for a waterproof, you should expect breathability. Especially from a bike clothing brand.
Obviously reviews are subjective. It would just seem the positive reviews are from folk looking to wear it for casual wear and pottering about. -

Cheers man. Think I might wing it in that case.
This is a great/pathetic "1st world problem"
