@Dropped.Bars sounds like the tool I pointed you at will work. Check the instructions but you need some way of accessing the disc from the app, so it need to be in a caddy or in the machine again.
-
@dropped.bars when you "fried" is it a ssd or spinning disc? What symptoms did you get after? I've used a data recovery tool, which was free and bypassed the OS and file system to recover files and parts of files etc. I'll dig out the name.
Edit: it's this https://www.cgsecurity.org/ -
@sacredhart incidentally why dont you like CL ? with CL you can convert to 6 bolts but not the other way round.
-
-
@sacredheart, this was the case on my Pompetamine and all Pomps I assume. I only ever ran it with CLs and when I sold it to @Cupcakes he discovered that it wouldn't work with 6 bolt rotors. I "think" the bolt heads struck the inside of the fork.

@BobbyBriggs, that's a f*cker. I'm passing through E10 tomorrow so will keep my eyes peeled.
-
@plasticniki, no probs, it's 13cm from the saddle attachment to the underside of the classic.
Excuse my poor attempt at computer graphics!
good luck -
@plasticniki I have one of those "classic" saddle bag mounts that hooks into the saddle using the two loops.

I also have a couple of saddle bags incl the Super C audux to plop to test with however I'm in E11!I can measure the distance between on the Classic from the saddle attachment to the underside of the classic mount, would that help?
