The one from @SWijland is a team bike from a former semi-professional team here in Belgium. Remember these bikes from my early years in racing.

I believe there isn't anything larger than that... I ride 18-19" so no references either. But a friend of mine used to ride 21,5" (largest size Scott had back in 1991) and he was 6ft3".

Size wise approx 21-21,5".

Could work but will need a long (140-150 mm) stem, I guess.
