I have this frameset for sale that's been recently resprayed. Has very nice chromed rear and front forks. I'm asking a bit more than your budget (300 euro).

Size is 56 CT (55 CC). I'm based in Ghent (Belgium).

Added this Carrera to my nineties racing stable (fluted Nivacrom tubing). Needs to be dismantled and build up again as I'm thinking of putting higher end components on it (there's a Campa Daytona on it but think I'll change to Record).

This is maybe a bit of a late reaction but maybe it can help others:

A valid reason not to use Paypal (as a seller) is that there are limits on what you can sell on annual basis. That is: when you receive more than 2500 € on your account (on annual basis), Paypal has to inform the fiscal administration about it. Mostly only thing you have to do is send some "proof" you're not a professional trader but sometimes they do dificult and will classify (a part of) these "sales" as revenues and raise taxes on them.

I recently sold some of the stuff I collected in the past 25 years of cycling and I'm about to exceed that 2500 € limit. I think that when I'm selling one of my complete bikes,I'll ask for a bank transfer too. Just to avoid paying taxes on "added value" that's isn't there.

Righ now looking for a Dura Ace EX rear derailleur. Also interested in other components (shifters and front derailleur)

No, I didn't. Wanted to do a longer ride today (only 4 weeks left till the Gran Fondo Fausto Coppi in Italy) so I didn't work on the bike today. Maybe this evening.

My Corsa Extra is nearly ready:

Just have to mount the front cables and bartape and shorten the chain a bit and the Corsa Extra is ready. I change bikes rather easy but I think this one will stay for many years in my "collection".

Had a look at some photos on the internet from Corsa Extra's and I saw there's indeed no outer cable running through it. I cutted off some of the outer cable liner so I could push at least half a cm of the outer cable in the top tube. Works fine although I think it's not the ideal way.

Question for all Corsa Extra (SLX-tubing) owners:

I'm trying to finish my new build but it seems the diameter of the outer break cable is too large to fit in the cable routing (through the top tube). I tried a derailleur outer cable but same thing there. Do cables run through the toptube without outer cable in Merckx frames?
