Reader's wife. Had to post as an appreciation anniversary thing :P / they don't built em like this anymore style - winter's over and still standing took a lot of bumps and falls across all types of terrain but this thing was built to last ... rims getting a bit worn and the bb will get a regrease.
Hubs do take a lot of maintenance - ultegra 6700 :( once every 3-4 muddy rides.. not Cannondale specific but id say anyone not willing to repack constantly better stay away from certain shimano hubs for cx.
Rims are CXP 22s - they were stragiht / new a year ago .. rear is starting to bend. Previous wheels were some odd Mavic Classics Pro - should have never sold em :P

Theres some nasty at least for me 10%+ climbs that had me getting out of the saddle in 36-28 .. Strangely 34-26 or 34-24 is comfy on them and well 34-28 provides some relief on the longer ones but speed takes a nosedive.. Simply put never had a need for 52... Guess more training is in order
Thanks for the 105 offer but i have had 0 problems so far with bb30 or did you mean chainrings only ?

Got the CAAD built up and running realised 52/36 is a bummer up some of the more difficult climbs - so i wanted to go back to compact - managed to source an ultegra 34 and a rather garish (ugh that font) 50t KCNC chainring ... i ask the powers that be .. how should i feel about it ?
are aero-rings a no no ? currently liking it but i do want to take a rattle-can to those KCNC letters - pretty sure they're visible from the moon...

longtime lurker first time poster :)
repainted, refurbished giant peloton for every day use while carrying my daughter :) (she's alllmost 2) fresh paint (Same color as before) new decals (really didnt like the previous yellow accents) and a ton of parts i had lying around / and or bought to complete - most notably - Mavic Classics Pro CD wheels, Selle MAX saddle, Maxxis Wormdrive CX Rubber, FSA/ProWheel crank rawwr :)
- big love and thanks to one of the local talented shops that not only helped putting it together but refurb it ...
Don't have a cx build so when winter hits will probably switch back to drop bars for now i need the more vertical position to carry her confortably (strapped on) and hit the powder by myself but so far the little one loves it and thats what counts :)

p.s. coulda've been fixed or at least ssp i dont remember the last time i used the shifter :))

The lightweight logo and the KCNC logo :( look terrible no matter what - somewhere between 90s rave and office party poster.
