Aaaand I have found my answer here...
"The 11T Hyperglide cogs also have issues with this freehub. Due to the smaller diameter of the 11T cog, it has a reinforcing flange that prevents the cog from from fully seating on a standard Hyperglide freehub. It is intended for a Hyperglide -C(ompact) freehub with the outer edge of splines being relieved. Still, an 11T Hyperglide cog will work on standard Hyperglide freehub like yours but the entire cassette will sit slightly farther out and require a spacer behind the large cog. This shift may cause clearance issues with the frame stays."
Long story short I have to find another small cog.

I might have overexaggerated with the 2mm, it's closer to 1 I guess.

Hey guys, this issue is bogging my mind and I can't seem to fix it. There's a 7-speed RX100 hub, with its original cassette on the freehub. The locking is tightened maximally, but there's play on the cassette. The smallest cog casuses the issue somehow, the rest of the cassette doesn't even touch that one. So it's fully up in place, but there's just too much room on the freehub body and there's like 2 mm of play at least. Once again, this is a stock hub and its stock cassette. The small spacer between the 5th and 6th cog is present, so it should be perfect, but in reality it's not. I tried 2 different 11T cogs from random other cassettes I could find, and the issue is still the same. Does anyone have a clue how to proceed? Thanks!

Instead of going for a whole new cockpit at once, I decided to give the old XLC drops a go with the current 100 mm stem. Bit stretchy but it seems ok after a quick test.
So, this bar has a very weird shape, 69 mm reach, 5° backsweep, and a reaaaally long flat section at the bottom. I used to hit the shifters with my knees regularly when pedalling out of the saddle. Prevention method: hacksaw. All I need are brake levers to finish this, but I believe they will have to wait until next month.

Cheers, Ergotec (EAN 4016538079773)
I'd need something wider with more backsweep for maximum comfort, but they do the job for now. -
