Cycling behind a van on Mitcham lane this morning and van indicates to turn left into side lane and slows down. Overtake on the right, cue angry gesticulating and him calling me a wanker...
Only thing I can think of is that he had clocked me in his left side mirror and was expecting me to undertake him, so was annoyed that he had given me space to go through on the inside when he needn't have... Of course if I had decided to be a prat and undertake and he'd turned into me then it would also have been my fault for not being aware of the fact he was indicating to turn.

I'd not bother with DAA, think it's pretty much been proven to not do diddly.
As far as I can tell, if you want to boost your testosterone naturally you should: eat more red meat and offal, eat more fats (including saturated fats and especially HDL cholesterol ), supplement with cod liver oil and eat lots of green vegetables. Take a multi-vitamin.
Everything else is just hype that supplement companies use to get people to part with cash.

It's definitely down to preference. I think it's probably also down to how heavy you're going... Continuous heavy squatting for lots of reps is bound to cause problems whether you wrap or don't.
I've had an ACL reconstruction on my left knee so don't feel comfortable going too heavy these days. I find that doing front squats has helped me massively because it seems to force me to keep good form, eliminating some of my muscle imbalances. I also think it takes less weight to get the same amount of effort, which should in theory mean less strain on the knee.

Sorry to be negative on my first post, but there seems to be evidence that squatting with knee wraps might actually be detrimental to the knee long term.
Apparently wrapping changes the squat form such that the hips become disengaged, which can put more strain on the knees and weaken the hip muscles. The wraps can also compress the patella into the the thighbone, causing more friction between the patella and the underlying cartilage.
