Anyone know if you can lock/block certain apps at weekends/evenings? I’m managing a lot of social media accounts for work and struggling to switch off/not check them out of working hours. Screen time not what I need but need to set specific hours / schedule. Can it be done?

I bought a Sonos Roam last year for this - running through MacBook Air on M2, so 5.0. There is still a slight but noticeable delay for Zoom/Teams calls, so I would prefer to run via USB or line in.

any recommendations for soundbars less than £150? Find earbuds trigger my tinnitus far more than open speakers. Have tried using a Bluetooth speaker but too laggy for calls etc.

Great. I’m now out in the sticks and there’s a fair amount of old school networking events that are very golf club/old boys who I wouldn’t want to have as clients anyway.

I have the Blinq app on my phone, which is QR based but have used it twice in 18 months.

TBH, any networking event that requires business cards is automatically listed as one to avoid, as I prefer talking to people and then using my phone to make a note of their details to follow up. Better for the planet, cheaper and more personable, but I realise this may not work for everyone.

I’m completely new to all this but have found through trial and error on a zombie hall that light layers and adding washes then repeating is working well for me as it means I can correct errors and general cack handedness as I go.

Did spray a prime coat on the models but painting one at time with good results so far. (By good, I mean I’m happy with the progress I’m making!)
