My pub bike:

Dirt is fine in my opinion as long as you properly maintain your bike (lube chain, bearings, etc).

Adds another layer (quite literally) to your rat bike! And yeah; using your bike day in and out can make it dirty quite quickly (especially in winter times and with the lovely weather we have up here).

Bartape stil looks awfully white though! By the way; is that Campagnolo EPS? Dang!

The bike has had different cockpits, as the stages/pictures on Pedalroom indicate. The cockpit in the picture @HHC linked is indeed Cannondale C2 (42 cm)/Cannondale C2 (100mm), as @exs75 said and the Pedalroom states.
