vegetarian butcher?

Yeah, funny name I know. The place that sells meat is called a butcher, right? But only this time, all the meat is replaced with vegetarian/vegan alternatives.

Aren't the brakes reversed on UK bikes as well? Compared to EU.

Looking back at the bike, the front brake lever and rear mech gear shifter are on the same side, so that is odd indeed.

No clue! This is in The Hague and they tell me they're unique. But I'd figure more have/will follow suit in the (near) future?

The funny thing about this place is that's it's a proper snackbar. So they have basically everything a regular snackbar has to offer (fries/snacks/burgers/shoarma), but everything is vegetarian/vegan. There are vegetarian butchers and places that have a large vegetarian/vegan menu, but I have never heard of a 100% vegetarian/vegan snackbar like this one.

Do you get lots of nice free Vegan food?

Yes! Another perk of this job. The food is great (and that's coming from someone who isn't very used to eating vegetarian/vegan). They have some of the best fries I've ever had. Yum.

It's a little bit more expensive, but the taste is fantastic and often even better than 'the real deal'. They make a lot of stuff themselves (all of it vegan) and it's all pretty great.

Been the main courier for the only 100% vegetarian/vegan snackbar in the country (The Netherlands) for a few weeks now:

I think this would look infinitely better without the graphics on the wheels and with a black saddle. The frame and paint are super cool, but add the rest and it's a little much (for me). Cool bike though!

Finally figured out what DAS means. In hindsight it's pretty obvious. Too bad I can never put it into practice, since I don't live in the UK/London. :(
