Carbon Fibre road frame and fork. 54 square. Quite old but structurally in perfect condition/ frame is true. There are cosmetic paint chips on the frame in a number of places hence the low price. Comes with headset and seat collar.
Frameset weighs in at around 1200 grams so pretty darn light in this price range. Any more queries, please do ask and I can provide more photos.
Takes a 27.2 seatpost/ standard BSA bottom bracket
I'd say this is priced to make a respray reasonable which would really do the frame justice as it still handles and feels great. As you can from the photo theres quite a lot of excess fork steerer - dont have the numbers on hand but if necessary pm me.
£170 - Collection from Brixton/ Streatham/ West Norwood - Happy to post at buyers cost.

As title suggests I am looking for a few bits to finish off a build...
- Any carbon/lightweight stem with a 31.8 clamp and 120mm length
- Any carbon time trial base bar 40cmm c-t-c
- Dura Ace track sprocket 1/8 16t
- Any carbon seatpost 27.2
Some sort of stealthy black ish would be preferred but im open to options...

So I recently acquired this quite lovely Riva 731os (I've never been able to track down info on it) track frameset. Long story short I'm looking to do some time trialling this year and will need a bike for it, but in all honestly this is just going to be a complete vanity build with a host of outrageously expensive bits on it for a rider of my calibre. Current component list is looking like:
- Dura Ace FC7710D Crankset and appropriate BB/ DA chainrings - I have 49, 53, 54, 55t so I can play around with ratios. Also have a 51t zen lying around too but not sure about how the aesthetics will play out. Should mention that these chainrings were kindly given to me by friend/ ex colleague and Paralympic Silver medalist in the individual pursuit Shaun McKeown. The Zen actually has GB scribed into it which contributes to the bling factor even more to me! And of course initiailly I'll be building it up with the 55t chainring installed for HHSB/stupidity points - I think 55/16 should be just over 90 GI so perhaps not too bad?
- Profile Design 1 inch threadless 650c Carbon/Alloy forks
- Zipp 400 front (650c) on its original hope titanium hub
- Zipp 440 rear rebuilt on a Dura Ace hub (not sure if I should go high or low flange)
- The frame itself will be powdercoated soon (I'm thinking black with a metallic flake but open to suggestions?!)
- Chris King headset
- USE aero seatpost
- 3T Aura tri bars
- Not sure about saddle choice at the moment..
- Wheels currently paired with Vittoria Racing Team Special Pro gumwall tubs (having a hard time find any info about these)
- Speedplays
-probably gonna go for a TRP brake mounted behind the fork for 90s tester points... - Not sure about stem choice/ Possible powdercoated 1 1/8 3T with a shim..
etc etc
Some of the bits I've acquired. Just waiting on bb, rear hub/spokes, seatpost, bars, front brake, chain, saddle. Getting the frame powdercoat in the next couple weeks so shouldn't be too long till I get the thing built.
Hoping I can tie some of the more modern bits into the build but we'll see how it pans out...
Now the rebuild of the rear wheel is perhaps something the forum could help with. The ZIPPs are laced with proper bladed spokes with a 2.5mm profile. I'm pretty sure noone manufacters these kind of spokes any more but wondering if theres a good place to source some NOS? Otherwise It'll be just CX rays...
