I keep meaning to measure the TDS of the water produced by my water filter jug, would be really interesting to test it when I put a new filter in then once a week for a couple of months. Bet it goes up prreettttty quick.

Bit of a broken record but don't get an illustrator to design something then give it to a tattooer, find a tattooer who's style you love and get them to paint something! A good illustration rarely makes a good tattoo.

As a hipster making shit hipster coffee who has never been to Italy because I'm scared of foreign lands without flat whites and Anzac cookies and Future Islands playing in wooden-countered hipster cafes I don't think I can comment.

Easy cover-up for any good artist, think I've banged on about this before but I highly recommend getting into certain artists' work/styles rather than thinking up ideas yourself. If you went to someone who does sick bold/black/trad style for example they'd have a field day with this.

If I were you I'd go to a known tattooer (we're surrounded by amazing ones in London!) and go from there. No more advice from non-tattooers! Either get it fixed somehow or just smash it with a great coverup.

I've only had small/med tattoos but always just wash/bepanthen/re-wrap a few hours later, then same before bed, then just wash/bepanthen next day or two, then just normal moisturiser till it's healed.
My regular guy tattoos another friend who does absolutely nothing to his, and they heal perfectly.

Brita-filtered water always tastes like tap water after a few weeks to me. I use one for drinking water and cups o'tea but still buy bottled water for coffee.

I'd be surprised if you could get a good extraction with 85, most top dawgs say 92-97 I think. That's pourover - Aeropress can be a little cooler because the added pressure from the plunge extracts more.

I don't see what the problem with aeroplane transport would be, everyone does it, unless it was sharing a bag with something stinky?

I doubt it'd be perceptible, it would just be nicer/convenient to use, especially if it has a gooseneck pourer. Some people do say bringing water to 95 deg is better than bringing it to the boil then cooling to 95.

It would also be good to have a dedicated kettle that only ever sees filtered water.
