Ive actually enjoyed a run for the first time today, 6km, just under 30min.
The difference was listening to 'This American Life' while I ran instead of music, this highlighted a problem. I have no headphones that stay in while i run, particularly down hill. Im a pretty inefficient bouncy runner so probably need some sort of around ear clip thing. What do people use?
So far i have tried almost every version of normal ear buds and they all fall out, I cant be doing the big over ear thing, way way too sweaty. Ideally bluetooth, but not a requirement.

Don't its nightmare, we are a firmly mac office but while we have the chance we are testing a few different options. At the moment we have a parallels boot for BIM but are testing a Mac option.
My work has InDesign fully functioning, but I'm testing the BIM on my laptop as its more powerful and has less risk of causing disaster.

Since having to upgrade theOS on my mac for BIM software, all my Adobe has given up. I need a short term free alternative to InDesign for knocking up a zeen/photobook/quiz etc... please can anyone recommend something? I cant seem to find anything that does the job. Key features are the layout functions with auto update of the base images, and paragraph styles.

I cant do a run first thing, my ankles, shoulders, and calves need a few hours to warm up to moving before I can do any exercise beyond walking. Cycling seems ok most of the time, if I use the first half an hour as a warm up.
I have started doing daily stretching to try to ease this, not seen any benefit yet but in few weeks/months Im hoping it improves.

Yeah my graph looks flat over a week, sometimes with an upward spike, but a nice downward trajectory over a couple of months. Since lockdown the graph is shallower as my exercise is hugely reduced, but i drink less and eat better the more time i spend in my flat. Im not parsimonious but find that I cook less for myself than when I'm entertaining, or if I was ordering in a restaurant.

Im progressing reasonably, not like the above^ though. Very impressive will power.
I have found that my weight is fluctuating more and more as I lose a bit. When I was around 95kg i was within half a kilo whenever I weighed myself, however now I'm finding that my weight varies from 88 down to 86.5kg. The general trend is down, so I'm not worried or anything, just strikes me as a bit weird.
