@TM. Who did you get to do the brazing work on this? Did you modify the seat stay bridge and somewhere around the BB for rear guard attachment?

I think they changed the sizing at some point. Mine fits about the same as my medium Rapha brevet jersey. I bought it a few years ago, but it's only been used twice and then sat at the bottom of the kit drawer.

1. Apex/Rival 10-speed groupset. Medium cage rear mech. Braze-on front mech, Tektro brakes. 50/34 170mm cranks with a smooth GXP bb included. Would benefit from new hoods on the levers, but all working as it should. Good for a commuter/winter bike. £165 (including UK postage and Paypal fees etc)

2. Fabric Scoop Saddle Black with green edge/base - £25

3. Panaracer Gravelking SK 38mm (pair). Gumwall with green tread. Has had a couple of punctures repaired. Central tread is quite worn on the rear. Holds air tubeless. £20

4. Clement Strada LGG 28mm (pair). Decent condition. Good winter tyres. £20

A rear track wheel, ideally clincher and spaced to 130mm, but something else with a sufficiently long axle, or a Halo hub where the axle can be swapped would be ideal.

Bought very recently off Saffronspokes (https://www.lfgss.com/conversations/356982/#comment15665492)

It's a decent fit as normal cycling kit for me at 85kg, 34" waist, 40" chest. I'm usually between a medium and a large in Rapha kit. Unfortunately it's too small for me to layer over my normal clothes for my commute and I thought it was blue from the original pictures. Condition is exactly the same as in the thread above - well used but still works. I have washed and reproofed it with Nikwax.

I'm using a Barley with the SQR block. There's quite a lot of front/back sway, particularly going uphill, as the bottom of the bag sags down below the point where the SQR supports it. No side to side sway though. Has anyone else encountered this and fixed it?

I’m after a fashionable “Gravel” bike. Before make use of our newly increased C2W limit and put a deposit down on a Secan, thought I’d check here.

Basically after a Fairlight Secan, Mason Bokeh, or something else similarly nice that’ll work with a range of wheel and tyre sizes. Still need to work out the exact sizing options but something around 580mm stack, 390mm reach with some flexibly either way sounds about right. Would consider anything from a frameset to a full build.

Have dropped you a PM

It was probably 1-2mm max, only on the elbows of the spokes at the hub flange. I've found a random washer in my garage to put on the NDS axle, which appears to have fixed it. Obviously the washer is smooth rather than knurled like the outer locknut is, so it remains to be seen whether I get any issues with it slipping. @velosaurus - is this what your solution looked like too? Any issues?

Looks cool! Think yours is the later model with round tubes and slightly different dropouts?

My On-One forks seem to be fine with my cx wheels (Formula hubs), but I’ve just noticed that with my 650b Fulcrum 7s driveside spokes somehow rub against the inside of the fork (not the actual carbon tube, but the chunky metal dropout).

Not entirely sure what I can do about it, maybe a little washer on the DS axle might space it out enough, or file the metal bit of the dropout slightly?

Been thinking about what to do with the clear coat, as it's quite tatty in places and raw brushed ti looks much better, but I don't know how thick it is, or how much effort it is to remove.

I've picked up a pair of On-one forks, which look to be a knock-off of the RC31 design. I know the RC31s had a rider weight limit, but I shouldn't be hitting anything too gnarly on this bike. Saw this on Cotic Soda recently which, along with your excellent build, is the inspiration. Although mines on a bit more of a budget!
