First project here. Previous projects were all proper time trial builds and I wanted something more HHSB.. (ish)

Found this frame last week and I think it's perfect for the job.
Paganini frame (build by Ciocc, correct me if I'm wrong)... Tubing unknown.
Both rear and front are 700c.
