Greetings folks,
I drove along the road from Sudbury to Monks Eleigh on Saturday during the day thinking how magical it would be later on with all the cyclists coming through...... Then checked on here later in the day to read all the great posts about which sausages people were taking as part of their kit ( very important stuff folks - take note Team Sky... marginal gains or what....)
I have enjoyed all the match reports.
It is a wonderful ride and yes there are full kit tw@ts shouting at everyone and worrying about their strava / garmin stuff. But we all get that on the commute each morning, it's just life... The people with inflatables, delivery bikes , people manning the feed stalls, cheering people along, stopping to help people with mechanicals, the occasional 'do a skid' shout at 4 am as i'm passed by people on here, it is that stuff that makes it so wonderful................
Keep the reports coming and I hope to have the health and strength to join you all next year !
Allez LFGSS
Peace and love,

Greetings folks,
Sorry but I am now unable to attend this ride. I've e-mailed Dave letting him know and offering my place to someone on a waiting list.
What? You Canonbie serious?
Yes, sadly it's true.
Have a lovely ride people and enjoy the heatwave planned for 12.04.15. You can always Eliot Bank on it being great weather for this ride.....
Peace, love, pavé and hills,

Greetings folks,
It was my first ride for a while and what a lovely one at that...
Great riding with you all. Got home with 53.64 miles on the clock and one very dirty bike. Don't worry folks it's nice and clean again now.
The weather was pretty epic as they say but not as epic as the company....
Many thanks to Cornelius for leading a great ride in Dwayne's honour.
Peace and love and see you on the next one...,

I am Mapei to announce that it's time to Raleigh the top athletes of LFGSS to remember the passing of and celebrate the wonderful Dwayne.
It's going to be an Arcore day in the saddle with sometimes at least two miles between Pellegrino's.
Sky is the limit ( true dat...) for your choice of jersey....
You get the idea.....
Peugeot and Love.
Yours St Raphaelly,
