Saw Iron Man 2 today, preview screening. Not bad, the highlight being Scarlett Johansson. Very excited for the Avengers film now.

I got DAS'd twice on Tredegar road today (the Orange Mercian, me in a red top and shorts), failed to comply both times. First time I was too far away/heard it too late, the second I had just sprinted back from Tower Bridge to see how fast I could do it, and the legs didn't feel up to it.

spocket goes on clockwise, lockring goes on anti-clockwise. If they both screwed in the same direction it would be pointless.
If it's also for a fuji track, the stock one comes with a bit of locktite on it, so takes muscle to get it off. -
