   1.b: 1x Pirelli Cinturato Gravel M 700x40mm, used for one trip, plenty of life left £25 -> NOW £20
   1.c: 1x Pirelli Cinturato Gravel M 700x45mm, used for one trip, even more thread than the one above, but with a small 3-4mm cut that sealed right away, but has been patched for additional confidence. £25 -> NOW £20

   2.b: Deore RD-M510 9sp rear derailleur, grubby but works fine SOLD

Standard dropout rate ( before the ride ) on lfgss can be around 50%

Looks like I will be part of those dropping out after all. The broken collarbone has had a snowball effect on my summer holidays plans and as it currently stands, I will be riding trails in Italy that weekend.

In the remote chance this pushes back by a week, I'll be back in the mix!

Cool CT scan.

Ended up getting a surgery in the end. 3w after surgery and I can use the arm for most daily things, range of mobility close to full. Probably back on the bike in another 3w.

As per title, for a commuter, so nice and reliable please, sealed bearings, Shimano 11s freehub, 19-21mm internal, true and spins well. Can be heavy.

I was constrained by time at hand and wanting to do too much. Could have not managed it all offroad in 9d, some stretches are proper BTT, I remember one morning I averaged 10kph for 5h! (Surly Stragler with 36mm slicks)

Just saw this. I rode this route in 2019, in 9 days, although it has more than one mountain pass..

It's a combination of the transpyrenees offroad route (BTT) and the road one posted here above.
