24mm gets you Sugino, Middleburn (both pricey), or Shimano GRX - that will need new derailleur as the chain line is different. Also Shimano road + absolute black rings (which themselves are 160 for 48/32).
Rotor Vegast arms and 46/30 direct mount can be had for £220 from bikeinn. Easton I think is a little more expensive (nearer 300). I don’t know of any 110x5 options aside from praxis for sub-compact.

If you want to stick to a 30mm axle, Rotor aldhu or vegast w/ direct mount rings, White industries G30, FSA do some but they're all absolutely gopping

Just to say - I was/ am jealous of you going car free, it wasn’t meant to be dismissive. The crust will be great and I check the thread when it’s bumped, but the lifestyle choice is what I envy. That and the climate obviously.

White Ind R30 is a wide-ish Q factor - 157mm, but in my eyes undeniably pretty
Middleburn RO2 - 151mm, I price a 46/30 at £380
Sugino OX901 is 145mm, but also expensive (£380 + import fees from Japan)
TA Carmina is I think 150mm but seemingly impossible to find in 165mm -

You can borrow mine if you like, I haven’t used it yet (got it off eBay). Surprisingly big. It’s held decently away from the bars for those of us with normal sized bars who like to use the tops. Detaches easily too.
I have used my outer shell bag a lot which I really do like and the size is more suitable for a day ride. If I were to do a 200km it’s be useful but I don’t see one of them anytime soon
