Hi all!
Before you get into any drastic measures, try using Plusgas! I had previously used a bike stand and about 25 minutes of levering the whole bike unsuccessfully. I sprayed plusgas in around the seatpost, let it soak in for an hour, then turned the bike upside down and sprayed it in the seat tube mounting holes and left it for an hour. It then came unstuck by hand.I still have half a can if anyone in S London wants to try it

My beloved 21” Dawes Karakum (53cm seattube, 54cm top tube). Located in Tooting!
Used by myself for touring and by my wife for shopping, for someone 5”8 to 6”
The good:
9 speed Deore/Deore XT groupset with V brakes
Disc compatible frame
Recently replaced cassette
LX hubs, rims are true with plenty of life
Tyres: Continental citycontact 700x37c
Tortec rear rack
Carbon seatpost
ladies leather Selle Italia SaddleThe bad:
There’s a crack in the arch of the suspension forks, and the quill stem is stuck, it rides fine but you could cut the stem and replace the forksSuper smooth ride. Needs a good home, would be great base for a great touring rig
Come pick it up from me in Tooting
I’ll donate £5 to LFGSS

Hi @Hulsroy, sorry to deprive you of the tyres, it was them that sealed the deal.

I found this on the side of the street in Tooting. If you know who this belongs to that’d be helpful.
Just the frame
