Can I ask for some opinions on rim width choice for use solely on indoor velodromes? Rims will probably be mid depth (55-65) open mould/Chinese rims from farsport/lightbicycle/etc.
My head says 23mm 'narrow' due to the low yaw angles experienced on the track and a couple of people I sought advice from have also said 23mm. However there is also the advice that rims should be wider (1.05x) than the tyre which will probably be a 23mm Pista Speed.

Decided to sell my Argos frameset made from Columbus Gara tubing, 55cm ctc, 55cm tt.
Selling as a frame and forks, complete with headset, seatpost and seatpost bolt.
Paint is pretty tatty with plenty of chips but the frame has been internally sprayed with a framesaver type oil. Steerer is cut pretty short but is fine with a low stack headset.

Thinking of getting some Chinese deep carbon tubular rims to build up shortly for indoor track use only but not sure what width to choose.
Given that 19mm Pista Evos are no longer manufactured is it best to go for wider 25mm rims for wider 23mm Pista Speed tyres or are 23mm wide rims still the ones to go for with these tyres? Or should I get the 23mm rims and stock up on 19mm tubs?

Spotted this cheap Columbus Foco aero tubed frameset on eBay and was going to post it here but stuck an offer on that was accepted.
I'm going to inquire next week about the history with the original shop in Cambridgeshire but might anyone here know anything about them or who builder might be?
