The seatpost is comfy, it's not moving - and the pump is because I actually ride the damn thing and want to be able to keep going. Besides, keeps it out the jersey.
The little ball things are indeed the jagwire ones that come with their link cables - and you really need them on those cables or you'll have alu rubbing on the carbon frame

My heavily bastardised look 566. Started life as an ex-demo bike, got stripped back to bare frame and rebuilt with ultegra groupset, eebrakes, jagwire link cables, easton ec90 slx bars, zipp sprint SL stem, specialized cobl-goblr seatpost, selle italia slr gel flow max saddle, Chris King BB, cane creek 110 headset, pacenti rims, CK hubs, CXRay spokes (24 front, 28 rear)

24 spoke front, 28 rear too? As a fat bastard (110kg) I can highly recommend. Not floppy at all even at 42 mpg downhill and works fantastically well with swissstop pads. Evolution (distributors) will build to your spec but mine came in at 990g at the front, 1360g on the rear, with 11-28 ultegra cassette and ultremo zx tyres and stand tape. Bare weights with tape were 740/860 using brass nipples

Going back a few hours, I got pacenti SL23's on chris kings with cxrays for my road bike t'other week - they're ace rims. I can't compare to archetypes but they at least won't look like crap on the braking surface as the anodising wears off.
I'm also running them tubeless with stans tape and ultremo ZX tubeless tyres - works an absolute charm, though expect to use a lot of flowery language in persuading the tyres to get on to the rim in the first place. -

I should've read this thread before ordering.
Ordered chainring, some phil wood hubs and a couple of tools on their site on the 1st. Shipping email came through on the 2nd. I got in touch with them on the 8th when nothing'd turned up. By the 9th they'd responded and said delivery (by royal mail) had been refused - now, I work in an office of about 100 people. We've had deliveries every day to our staffed office over the bank holiday weekend (I know because I came in each day to check for it) by royal mail so that's just an outright lie.
When I pushed them about it, they gave me a signed for tracking number, where there's no info on royal mails site about which means it's definitely not been refused - if anything, it means it's only just been shipped (and I don't believe this to be the case) but even if that's true, it still means they've lied about when it's been shipped. They then said "oh, maybe somebody signed for it and hasn't given it to you" which goes against what they first said about it being refused.
I'm cancelling the order and getting stuff from tracksupermarket & BLB now I think, and not going near this bunch of sh**s again.
I've taken to using a small nylon vice-clamp to get pads to seat in my eebrakes correctly. It's not as straightforward as it's made out to be with either ashima or swissstops. Probably fine if I took a knife and made them a bit thinner, but I'd rather not be doing that
