So I ended up in a bit of a debate last night with another cyclist I know as the thread title suggests.
He felt it was much more important to have a nice bike that is aesthetically good to look at and all the best parts.
I think the ride you have on the bike is way more important. The bike is a tool that allows me access to the ride. Id rather have a shitty bike and have awesome rides on it that the perfect bike but never use it.
What do you think?

Think there is a little posse coming up from Essex for this. I did a couple a few years ago when living in the city. Great fun. My roadie pal has even asked to come along. I've told him the more the merrier.
The Essex posse will then bee riding back into the city and either catching the last train or awaiting the first train/getting very early breakfast if anyone knows a 24 hour cafe? -

I8 need more bolts and some p clips for attaching the front on to the forks as i have no braze ons.
I don't think I ever got a letter. I could be mistaken. However yeh presumed that the paye would null it. I was wrong. Catch is I don't have £100 to pay before the deadline I've been given. I get paid a few days after its due
