None, I used on of those stupid Token BBs to extrapolate what spindle length I needed for some campagnolo cranks and didn't realise that the Token taper isn't ISO (even though advertised as such). Ended up thinking I needed 105mm which turned out to be an expensive mistake. Wish I had seen your post about the Token BB issue in the drive train thread!

In general pursuit-style bullhorns can add quite a bit of reach, so depending on what kind of handlebars you are using at the moment it might mean that you also need a shorter stem to keep your position roughly the same. 44cm seems quite wide for me but it depends on your preference and statue (ie. your shoulder width). If you ride in traffic then narrower bars might be more suitable. hope this helps
