31x Marrakech Design Dandelion tiles in grey and white. Some will need a clean but these are lovely tiles! They are 20x23cm and if I remember where around £89 a box (of 10 or 12 tiles) , so that’s over £250 worth. £50 for the lot. (The tiles can be arranged to create many different patterns).

26x New feather edge wooden cladding boards, job lot of what I have left. 15x 6ft+ & 11x 5ft. All new and originally bought from E Roberts, it’s there premium quality feather edge. £25

I have a Walthamstow ex Warner flat front door (Walthamstow/ Leyton) that needs some serious work! The door below the glass panes is rotten and needs cutting out and replacing. The lower frame to the windows has rotted away and needs rebuilding. It doesn’t have the original letter box nor door knocker but original Warner doors are very hard to come by and very expensive to buying in any condition. The only ones I can find for sale nowadays are north of £600 in need of restoration but granted in far better condition than the one I have! It should be restorable but does need some major work. £75

Feather edge cladding boards, there are 28 in total;
• 10x 6-7ft
• 16x 5ft
• 2x 4-5ft
There should be enough to build/ repair a small fence or bin store or possibly build a small bike store, minus roof (depending on your design). These are all top quality boards originally bought from E Roberts for a house extension just north of Epping. I bought the left over to build my shed, not sure really what to ask so how about £50, that’s less than £2 a board and substantial cheaper than what it costs new! Needs to go ASAP

Finally I have some 2x6” lengths of wood, previously used as a suspended loft floor. Lengths are between 2ft to around 5-6ft. I built a shed in Lockdown 1 out of it and now the shed is housing the left over wood. Free as long as it’s collected ASAP!

Dia Comp 806 silver long reach front brake, 57mm+ Drop, bought brand new and used for 2 ride on an old bike, missing but and a couple of washers but still boxed £9.50 (paid 18.99)

Good quality double air bed in perfect condition, plus a single Vango air bed in perfect condition both having had very little used. Comes with battery powered pump, batteries and new repair patches (not needed, but there just incase). £15 for all of it.

New Sram Rival long cage rear mech, missing box but never used and never mounted. £55 PENDING

11-42 SRAM PG1130 cassette, Trail fitted and used for about 300 meters (NOT Miles or KM) / still have the box (found my other used one so stuck that one on the bike instead). £50 PENDING

Thorn mk3 Audax Reynolds steel forks, 1-1/8” in red with mudguard mounts and rack mounts. The steer is at 320mm, the rake is 46mm, the crown to axle is 380mm and they are made for a medium to long drop brake. Loads of clearance for tyres, 32c definitely fit with masses of room for guards and clearance, 42c tyres don’t fit! They have a star flange fitted and I’m looking for £40 SOLD

I have a yellow Thule Yepp childs front bike seat with front screen and fork/stem attachment. It’s in good used condition. It’s for a quill stem/ 1” fork steerer, you can get seat attachments for 1-1/8”. I’m not sure where I’ve placed the keys to lock it to the bike permanently, a security feature rather than a safety feature, but I think replacements keys are around £10 when I last checked.

I’d like £50 for it collected from Walthamstow or I’m happy to post at buyers cost.

I’ll take them if they didn’t have any flat spots buckles or dings prior to being stripped down!

If it’s 5x110 bolt pattern them possibly, but I don’t think the S300’s are, are they?

I’m looking for a Sram S-Series (S350) crank or the old 5x110pcd Apex 1 crank, ideally 172.5 but would take a 170 or possibly a 175 too. With it with out a chain ring, but must be a GXP crank.
