I think you can tighten it with two wrenches, or a vice and wrench combo. The axle and the end cap should have two flat bits you can grab.

You get a light where the bolt is, I think yellow. Check if the charger is mangled, many people just ram it in, but there's a position to do it, otherwise you'll end bending one of the pins

Follow Shimano manual, it's pretty decent. And change cable and outer while you're at it, makes a big difference in some cases

Usually it's too much tension on the cable and the derailleur pushing against the limit screws. Try moving the outer limit, see if it improves

Pressfit is fine, sure, some brands did stupid standards and shitty frames out of it but for the rest the only real problem is that you need presses and extractors to change bearings.
I'd rather get pressfit, saves to glue some heavy threaded shell in your light carbon frame.
