same as above but the opposite way. A year ago I had some knee pain apperaing after doing a london to paris and some more. it felt like an inflammation that i had before except it wouldn't disappear after taking some aspirin. the pain seemed to move around, varying in intensity, sometimes picking up after i had been sitting at my desk.
After a month, radically tried to change pedal position, by changing spds to roadpedals and it disappeared -completely - in a day !. I suspect my spds had become loose, and maybe ill-positionned under my feet. -

yes. i find my raynaud to be really dependant on humidity levels rather than just temperature. which is obvious but with raynaud it takes an extreme turn as you know. sizing up and finding the brand with the right shape is key. as above liners can be helpless umless you have been wearing them indoors before leaving. i have a few models from the roeckl biathlon range either with lots of padding for dry cold or sized up goretexed for rain. a favorite of mine was the assos fugus for not too cold conditions as the cut is perfect with a liner separated from the shell and space at the fingertips. all of this doesnt always work but when you make the right choice it's a relief.
