I too heard the commuter gear from levi's is good, but the price i just can't justify, i'd rather buy a few pairs of the same jeans and just wear them out

Perhaps a base layer under all your clothes for warmth, i find that usually does it for me, and some decent socks and gloves

Height wise it's a little small (I usually ride 55/56) but it's close enough. Finding out what the top tube length is, though i can do some changes with stem etc

Found a decent priced Saracen Sestriere online, this would be my first road bike and not too sure if it would get too much use so i'm not wanting to spend a great deal.

Howdy, after a road bike. 54-56cm please. Have about £350 max. Would prefer more modern bikes, also would require postage, which could be covered as long as it isn't stupid expensive (Unless you live in Norwich or Leeds)

Edit- I could meet in London (one of the major stations or somewhere close by) for a reduced price due to train tickets
