Yes powder coated (two coat's) and of course burnt in 230 C

You should see abrasion on headtube (only paint),
and one crack on the front tire, still keep the air but new tire is required I think

I forgot, but it is obvious

paint is new, Zullo decals was bought from world-cycle-decals
old paint was in poor condition, but frame was in good condition, without rust, dents, and without cracks.

Thanks, Yes Reynolds 531 is very good, also popular in Poland, I had bikes with this tubes, and also I have TIGRA with 531 now.

You can see photos below, I bought it in this condition, but I need vintage tubular tires in good condition, and pedals, the best will be campagnolo record as other group from this bike.
So TIGRA is waiting for this stuff.

Bike is ready for riding, I recommend this bike. Old but still looks very well,

Hi, I'm from Poland and I highly recommended trip in Summer :) Best places for me is Mazury lakeland (with many bike roads) and Bieszczady mountain. I made in last summer small trip from Bieszczady to Mazury (eastern Poland) You can find many interesting places for example: Zamość with old Market Square & bastions
many small & quiet town's, like This: or
Eastern Poland is good for riding, Roads is safe, and people is hospitable
