If you're away for a few days or less I would be tempted to grind the beans before you go. Might upset a few people but means you don't need a grinder and ground coffee takes up less space. If you have something to properly seal it in it will be find, and definitely better than shit hotel coffee.
With no kettle you could make cold brew in an inverted aeropress? Zip lock bag of ground coffee stuffed inside the aeropress would probably be the most minimal setup possible

People think cycling in london is 'too scary', so its at least better than driving a massive modern car with nobody else in it (like 60% of journeys in london are)

All items pickup from E2 or Borough.
Planet x cnc brakes. Come with the Ti hardware and super light. Pretty new looking brake pads with plenty of life. Ideal for a weight weenie build. These seem pretty rare nowadays so not sure how to price them SOLD
Ti layback seatpost. I think it was J&L? Also very light and good condition except some small scratches that should buff out if you have the patience for it. These are ~60ish on eBay before import so start at £45
Sram force 1 cranks. 110bc and 175mm length. These were once lovely but I've managed to chip the bottom of the arms to fuck. No guarantee given but I was riding these for months like this without anything actually breaking. Probably suitably for a beater because of this so £30
Pics to come

Just realised its pinhead not pitlock: https://www.sjscycles.co.uk/hub-spares/pinhead-thru-axle-lock-m15-x-124-mm/
Anyone on here used them? But still much cheaper than hexlox which is 50+ for the compatible axle and then 20ish for bolt and key

Omnium mini has been revolutionary. Kept me off the tube more than once now. Couple more bits to add and fettle until this is done but couldn't go back.
Only urgent one is some way of keeping the front wheel safe, is there any better option than pitlock for thru axles? Id rather avoid having to carry two locks around

This is kind of interesting. I'm surprised Niche didn't come out with this themselves if its as easy as it looks
