Sabatini was a great frame maker in Italy but his name never got what he deserved except for his name (Sabatini) being chosen by a famous Italian actor (Francesco Nuti) as a name for one of his characters in a movie ("*Ad ovest di Paperino") *(and he chose the name exactly because he wanted to give a bit of visibility to this frame maker.)
He always worked with his wife (who was in charge of the decals) and he was particularly attracted by the lugs and always worked hard to make them beautiful. You can see some more of his frames here (in Italian, from which I got this info too):

thanks anidel for your comment. I have mixed feelings about selling this nice frame. Unless I am involved in other bike restoration project I won't let it go. Anyway now my decision is to sell to someone who will give the frame second life.

aukcjoner.pl service name is quite misleading. It is not for posting items for sale but it provides tools to support selling on eg ebay or Polish allegro. It enables creating pictures gallery for auction sites or winning auctions.
This is where I have stocked pictures of Sabatini frame. You can be sure that I am not against the rules of lfgss and have not cross-posted frame somewhere else.

For sale italian Sabatini frame (seat tube 53cm as specified on fork and BB shell?) with fork. Unique because Sabatni manufacture does not exist any more. I believe the frame is dated on the end of 60s or begining of 70s. Possibly hand made frame. All I have managed to find out about Sabatini is here:
http://www.classicrendezvous.com/Italy/Sabatini_main.htm
Rear spacing: 120 mm
Campagnolo dropouts
BB 70 mm
unidentified tubingI believe the frame needs to be restored. I didn't find any dents. The frame has many chips which have been covered with white paint mainly to preserve oryginal decals. Decals are peeling. Chrome on the fork is in good condition.

Price with shipping: 150 pounds posted from Poland. I can also consider your price offer sent on PM.thank you

they are no so deep. The scratches do span only 1/5 of rim and only one side I think they will be fine on bikes that don't need brake calipers ie fixie
Honestly I don't know how the scratches have been made. Since anondize coat is still on them I guess scratches on rims may be due to wrong storage.
anyway I am open for price negotiations

Hi,
I offer pair of rims. I am looking for 100 GBP with shipping costs (from Poland). Payment via PayPal. I am trusted seller on ebay with the same user name as on lfgss.
some pics:
http://www.aukcjoner.pl/gallery-demo/16173950.htmlFrom technical point of view rims are in very good condition and seem they have never been mounted. The only flaw is that both have some scratches only on one side of each rim. The scratches span one-fifth of each rim. Rims are clean, straight and with no dents.
