angle grind the edges for more purchase, if still no luck, maybe make a small hole in in (with angle grinder again) so you can stick something in it and you can hit it properly, all else fails, weld a bolt onto it, stick bolt in vice and turn, also blow torch might help. having a friend help you can help a lot, i.e. two people, 2 spanners

Hi, I think I have the bike for you, comes with almost new marathon tyres, rack attachments front and back, deore xt cranks, deore brakes, deore lx shifter, sealed fsa headset, tiagra 8 speed shifter, brand new seat post and seat, etc etc

this was my run around bike over summer last year, set up with 5 gears close range, but can easily be extended back to 7 if you want, single specific chainring with bash guard, it's your size I think, and I can deliver if that helps
