Kids doing what kids do means I've now no need for this super little bike. It's been well used but also well cared for.
A year ago we added air forks (Spinner Grind) so it's now a really capable little trail machine. These were really well specced, and the 2.0 kenda small block eight tyres are both quick on road, give plenty of grip for a little one off road and have enough volume to really help traction/absorb the bumps when run at lower pressures.
It's ready to go for a good few years yet. Will probably want some new grips soon and the right hand brake lever barrel adjuster is bent (been like for that ages and meant to sort, but very easy to tension right at the caliper end). Other than that all good. Wheels still spin great, no play in the wheel bearings, gears are on point, newish brake pads and forks running good as new. Will include the original rigid forks.
£110 collected from Ham (between Richmond and Kingston - TW10.
Outside chance I could bring it central, as do have a cargo bike I could run it to work in, but not sure that will help much. Would rather not post.

More plus for juintech. I have them on my franken gravel machine and they are excellent paired with a rival 10 speed group set.
I'm a mountain biker in terms of brake experience, and have used pretty much every make of hydro brake on my various bouncy bike. I've also dabbled in the world of bb7s for commuters, but for drop bar simplicity and effectiveness, I cannot fault juin techs.

I'd recommend avoiding dirt jumps as you approach your 40s. I built a jump bike, fell off every second time and spent most of my time with areas of me bleeding till I split it for parts. That was 18 months ago, but I haven't learnt. Visiting friends in Sheffield yesterday we took the kids to Parklands trails and I crashed his BMX on the pump track doubling some rollers...much blood and a sore wrist...too old for this shit.

Is it getting earlier every year? Probably something to do with climate change.

With 15 years of data someone with more time than me could go back and chart the phenology of the first mincer of the season based just off this thread.

Thanks Phil, just used your code.
Was super easy and they've insured my mountain bike in a garage for a very competitive price. Much better than the dodgy home insurance add on's which you know they will try and wriggle out of.
Here's my code for the next one up!

This was glued to a wall of our new pad. I think the previous owner had programmed some form of imitation trevi fountain out the front...but the water elements of that is long since defunct.
This is how I pulled it off the wall...I have no way of testing it, but I imagine it is repurposeable.
Yours for free plus postage otherwise it's off to the tip next week.

Adding a set of Soma Highway 1 31.8 black handlebars. These are 40cm c2c at the hoods and 41cm c2c on the drops.
Really nice shape but the more traditional aesthetics don't really suit the machine they are currently on.
The bits you see are in very good condition. Under the tape is fine too and will clean up old tape and residue as best I can.
£20 collected or add-on postage and PayPal fees if needed.

Thanks all. I'll get a picture tomorrow. It is pretty small. Seen those little solar pump things. I definitely don't want anything that requires mains power ...
The problem at the moment is the water is a lurid green. Does that mean I need to change the water? I don't think I could scoop just the green out...it seems like algae or something almost dissolved in the water.
