why such negativity, complaining will not solve a problem - if you view this as a loss, a rise of prejudice that threatens social progression then SO SOMETHING ABOUT IT! This is a huge opportunity for social change to gain political representation to the people who have suffered austerity for years.
There will be a storm in the markets, in FOREX, in bonds and also in party politics that will shred the tories. There is a lot of division but ignore that, look at the failure of the economy that was restructured on a housing bubble to exploit the poorer, look at how much development is backed by overseas investment as a result of our 'strengthening economy' which was a lie. There will be a collapse of moral for those who don't have a bigger view for social change.
If you are left / liberal and care about equality then fight prejudice and exploitation by uniting to change the colours of Westminster. This is your opportunity, seize the day and continue to welcome each opportunity with humanity. We will all be fine, always have faith in people, but Europe is now uncertain, the right have an opportunity as it appears they have a majority to defend borders, fight this, fight it harder than you have before and unite with those who want a real economy for the people. Defend immigration, defend all your principles and don't let them be trampled because your disheartened. View change as an opportunity, for greater good. The future is in our collective hands, embrace this result to be better people. Economy is not based on ecology or humanity, but it could be in a better future.
People are not good or bad, there is no evil just ignorance and fear. Educate and inform, show compassion and defend those persecuted. We will be fine, but why settle for fine, be better.

I was in school then, and it was for AV instead - I meant a change to proportional representation as district vote dilution is what gets me riled up.
No exit poll today though so will be fun waking up tomorrow :) what has been interesting is the persistent lack of charisma on the remain side, given it is harder to make the status-quo engaging nobody rose to champion the cause, generally quite 'meh'. Can we all forget about this and go back to making Cameron pig jokes?

voting done - such an archaic system; read name off list, cross it off, PENCIL on paper in "booth". Anyway, after all the shit slinging we'll be fine either way, bookies say we'll stay and they have the most to lose. Accuracy of polls is +/- 5% so still 50/50 but what margin allows for a recount?
Can we have a referendum on first past the post and the voting process ? The debates would actually be more interesting and valid and is far more necessary than playing hokey cokey

Why 'go with' anybody, teach yourself economics. Continual growth is not possible, economics must shift to deliver a good quality of life to everyone and then maintain it. Read Schumacher and turn away from neo-conservatism.
If you voted remain then you have a choice;
1) Say it wasn't your fault and now we are all doomed
2) Unite and defend humanity from prejudice, delivering a greater future for everyone in the world.
To those of you saying the standard of living is great on the whole, I agree 100%. But at what cost? War, slave labour and environmental destruction
