Payday is tomorrow and I'm looking to buy a frame for all the parts I've collected.

Condition isn't a concern as long as the frame is structurally sound.

Something in the range of 52-56cm seat tube .

I'm either after a track frame or a road frame with horizontal dropouts. Steel.

Budget is about £100 for a road frame but would be willing to pay more for a track frame.

Based in the west midlands so would need it posting, at my cost of course.

Selling off the parts from an old Peugeot I bought. The majority of this all come off the same bike. I'm based near Coventry so happy to ship the items. Shipping is £2.80 for most of the items, more for the larger ones.

1) Shimano Exage Motion chain set with Biopace rings. Also included are a pair of Shimano exage sport pedals, cages and straps. I had a half attempt at removing them from the cranks they wouldn't come off, might require some muscle to remove them. All parts are pretty scratched up. £15 SOLD

2) Shimano Exage Motion gear set. Includes braze on shifters and front + rear mech. Mechs need a bit of a clean. £10 SOLD

3) Shimano Exage Action brake callipers. Comes with worn brake pads.
£10 SOLD

4) Unknown brand 26.8 seat post, heavily scratched £5

5) San Marco Rolls £15 SOLD

6) San Marco Rally saddle, plastic £5

7) Cockpit setup, unknown bars and stem with tape and some grubby Exage Sport brake levers. Levers are pretty scratched. (I'll get the measurements for the stem and bars tomorrow) £15 SOLD

8) Wheelset, Exage hubs on unknown rims. Comes with 6 speed cassette, shimano skewers, tyres and inner tubes (I'll sort one out for the front) £35 SOLD

I have one for cheap. It has been chopped though so not much distance from rail to limit. Silver. Can take a pic if you are interested

I personally prefer the look of the shimano pedals, I had a pair of 600s for a while. As you said, finding replacements for the cages is difficult and expensive, I think I found that it was cheaper just to buy another set of the pedals already with cages. When the cages on mine snapped I just decided to get a pair of regular pedals with the standard cage mount.
