you live in brixton, why the cock are you taking a bus to it?
I live in streatham hill. We have a very clear line that brixton hill starts after the traffic lights by mc ds.
Was getting the bus to my cousins in hackney so bus to waterloo and change. Usually would cycle but we had lots of stuff to carry and my partner can't cycle that far so I guess spending time with her?(that sounds kinda fucked up the awesomeness of a romantic 59 bus ride).

The shim you linked too goes inside the fork steer tube before you slot the quil stem into it. You would still need to get a threaded fork or clamp above the headset like an ahead stem does.
I can think of a few 1 1/8 threaded headsets but the forks aren't threaded so unless you plan to swap/modify them to make them threaded it's not going to work.

ect ect list goes onI think it's going to come down to a choice of which parts you like most/least to sacrifice.
Maybe? Have seen a few of these on builds that didn't look totally "ahead".

^^ That's not in Saxony (Sachsen), but in (Lower Saxony) Niedersachsen. Completely different places despite the similarity in name.
But what do we call the people of Belm?
a) German Belms(my original choice)
b) Belmenians/Belmonians/Belmesians/Belmanians(as logical as artisans for artists, we can just take any language at random and use that)
c) Belm Dwellers/Enhabitants(doesn't even sound bad?)
d) Belmsfolk(since thinking of this word I just think it should be used)

Hi tourists. Can anyone suggest a cheapo version of this? They don't need to be waterproof, we've got Ortliebs, but I'd really like different colours so it's easier to find stuff.

I'm sure I can find some cheap shoebags or something in whatever the equivalent of Woolworths is these days, just thought I'd ask in case anyone's got any top tips.Planetx have some from a sister company, doing really well noticed them in millets/blacks the other week.
http://www.podsacs.com/ - essentially just planetx site with no bike stuff lol

Does anyone else find the bottles fall out when mounted behind the saddle? When theyre full and going over bumps i find they work themselves free and i have to check every 30 seconds. Any way to fix this? I use a minoura double cage holder
Try a different type of cage. I find most of the metal ones bend/flex a bit much for the back but are fine on tubes.
Another trick would be to bartape the bottle/mount with some "cork" style tape(whatever you have around, the little strips for covering hoods that are never really cut a useful size work well). Can give just enough padding/antislip to stop it sliding out of the cage BUT might make it more tricky to get into the cage if it was very snug as it was.
