Some customers are soulless weasels - I hadn’t heard about wiggles mobile mechanic model before but it is concerning. Just gotta hope customers still succeed in ordering incompatible parts and that the mobile mechs don’t carry enough stock to cover those bases....
I can see the news now... "Mobile mechanic bludgeon to death in random guys shed for saying chain is rusty and needs to be replaced." can honestly see the service plagued by customers wanting everything for nothing and kicking off at mechanics but without the security of a shop.

I was sure it's well documented that they are better? I might be wrong or it might not be the same type of strain you have but look into it.
This is the movment of a blue switch. You press but not all the way and it actuates the key.

This is that of a regular dome keyboard key. You press and need to press all the way down with a thud to actuate the key.

Maybe talk to Harvey and he might do some mechanic stuff from home while he is between work?
Was in cycle PS earlier today and Harvey said rents+rates bit of a double whammy. Didn't seem down about it just comfortably felt it was the right time. Like a champ was putting out more stock and said he planned to do everything as normal for sales and stuff right to the end.

I'm not sure, I bake lots so don't tend to think that far ahead maybe a cheesecake or macarons, I'm thinking my neighbour will like macarons.
- I think that's a science thing of how sugar+salt work together, salt tends to bring out the flavour in things but instead of bringing out sweet sugar it's bringing out chemical sweetner. I'd look if the recipes using sweetners still have salt, they might drop it as rather than seasoning with salt it's seasoning with the sweetner.
- Would be more a dough?
- Baking times tend to depend on thickness so half a cake could do that, I just use a cake tester and stab my stuff once it's near time.
- It won't give you colour all the way but you could brush the top with egg or milk, it's what people do with pastry and scones to give the top colour(if you look up a few posts you can see on the square ones I made where I brushed the top but not sides). edit - just thinking how dumb that is being a batter rather than a dough maybe add cinnamon or nutmeg or something with a colour it would change the end result flavour lots tho
Fruit can be really high in sugar so be sure to measure and warn your friend how much is contained in each portion/slice/cake.
edit again - did you put vanilla extract in? it's a very good sweetner.

Feed cable into lever bit.
Pull the end out and make a big loop(so the cable comes out towards you then goes back on itself towards the hole).
Feed end into cable outer(it will have a big loop of cable sticking out of the pictured part between the 2 holes).
Feed more cable in so it comes out the other end of the outer cable.
Carefully pull inner cable tight and the lever end should flip around 180 degrees and sort itself out. -
Interested in how it turns out not that I'll rush to use less sugar just good for general baking knowledge.
I just made these, I've managed to find ways of making my pastry thinner so the smaller ones can have more chocolate in them than last time. Fingers crossed they have cooled enough by 3pm so I can take them to my friend in Sutton.

I've just had lots of vegans over the years ask me if I'd kill a pig/chicken/whatever and saying "I'd rather kill a cow as I'd like to eat that more than a chicken" sets them off. For me beef is up top then it works it's way down towards turkey, don't eat much fish so that's off the end of the scale. I'm not great at it but the times I've done it I found butchery very relaxing, same as I find baking.
