Plan is to get hold of the frame then work out both, if the current brazing looks okay then I have a friend with some welding gear who I may enlist to help do any additional brazing and will try I clean up the current brazing myself.. If all looks okay then will try to get it up and running as a fixed commuter and runaround. Ideally I will add or have added a rear brake bridge.
