Few goodies just came in. Panto brake levers, got the two versions now. I wonder which version is the oldest, any thougts ? Also bought a Colnago saddle, used condition but it'll go on the silver Super which I'll be keeping original. Got some horsesaddle leather grease from a friend, hope this 'll work to bring the saddle to a nice patina finish.. Also got a slightly used regina oro freewheel (12-19teeth). Looking for matching a chain now..

Hi,
Selling here a rather rare Colnago Elegant, as far as I know these where just under the master and were build somewhere '94-'96. Full Campagnolo Chorus. Overall paint is in good condition, off course the bike has been used so it has a few paint chips and scratches. Chrome is ok but not perfect. In some spots it has rust starting, although overall not very noticeable. Previous owner drove this bike a lot, guess he didn't always clean it afterwards so when leaving wet mud on it this might cause some spots to rust. It shifts and brakes but can use some grease here and there. Jockey wheels have some play in them so this might be addressed. One spoke in the rear wheel has a slight dent in it. I've took about 50 pictures so you'd get a good impression of the bike. Overall nice Colnago with full Campa.

Got myself another Super, dating from 1980 in what seems to me original paint. Although decals would suggest its an 1982 it all looks original to me. Anyhow, I'll probably give this build priority on the 78resto. It has a Gipiemme crank and rear derailleur but it's temping to change it for Campa. Thought 2nd gen super record would be nice. I couldn't resist fitting it with a panto seatpost that I had lying around.

@Miso_Soup: thanks for your interest but I think it's worth the price I'm asking for it. It's very original and will look super nice with a little elbow grease invested..

Hi all,
Selling a real barnfind here. A 1982 Gazelle Champion Mondial according to the serial number. Nice original paint in good condition as well are the decals. Few scratches and paint ships but as stated, overall nice original condition. I cleaned the bike but not thoroughly, will come out even better with some more time invested. The frame is the AB version, it has the optional hook for a competition number. Comes with black Campagnolo Gazelle panto downtube shifters, very cool. Although tires are different, it has Wolber profil 20 wheels with Campa hubs both front and rear. Brake hoods are very worn and need replacing. Campagnolo Nuovo Record derailleur. Great Cinelli stem and handlebars.

Hi,
There are Colnago timelines you can find online. I've noticed they are quite accurate but sometimes give or take a year. According to these timelines the front fork changed to the aero version in 83 and 82 was the first year they for Colnago decals with the white background, so this would make yours a '82. 82 also was the year the chain stays got Colnago stamped in them.
Best regards!
