Yes I do. I arrived this morning 8 (usually arrive 8-8.30am), I usually leave 5pm (at times earlier, at times later).
I am very flexible and can go about Chiswick anytime while at work.
You live or work in the area?
Tonight we're going for a drink at Moot downstairs (Chiswick Business Park) so I'll stay 'til 7pm before riding back home.

The only abandoned bikes are the ones taken by the police/council and auctioned.
Everything else is not.
In my opinion.Unless it's been CLEARLY abandoned, meaning NOT locked and rusting away on the side of the road. Stem was stuck, tyres flat, spokes broken.
I actually found one of these. Riding back home saw this bike all rusty and spidery webby lying on the side of the road clearly visible. Wasn't there in the morning, I would have noticed it.
There was one shop and private homes, asked at the shop and a rang the bells of few near-by houses.
No one ever saw that bike there before.Left it there, maybe some one just left it there and went to take, dunno, a car or something.
Came back next morning, was still there (of course no thieves would take it).So I took it.
That, again, in my opinion, is an abandoned bike (may be just because I took it? No idea, but to me that was as much as a properly abandoned bike as one can say)
Planning on cleaning, re-grease, true/fix spokes, new tubs/tyres and ride along that stretch of road, maybe the owner is still there and might want it back. It's an Elswick Hopper, no fancy tubing.

The bike has gained £100 for moving 30 odd miles north? Oh no London tax. Thats right. Silly me.
Well, Rochester is in Kent and the OP stated he went there all the way from Edinburgh.
I can only assume he decided to drive south, pick the bike, drive to London to meet family, drop the bike to nephew, go back home.
Devil advocate here!!!

Small price drop due to 'removed' parts from the bicycle (rack and mudguards).
As I am building the Holdsworth with different parts, I won't be dismantling this one (except for the mudguards and rack).
Thus, I have removed the frame only option from the sale.Anyway, I will actually probably keep the whole bike.
So if you want to buy it, let me know asap before I actually decide to keep this thrubred bicycle for myself to complement my touring Holdsworth Mistral.
Final price, then, for the bike with no mudguards, no rack and Flux faux-leather saddle is *£360
PS: I know, I haven't removed the liveWRONG sticker yet!
