Ah the smell of the Ventoux in soap form. £10 is a shit load to pay for a small bar of soap, but if you are using it to clean gloves it lasts bloody ages. I have had one bar for the last two years and still have half of it left.

I get a tube, CO2 device and tyre levers in there, plus an emergency gel. Could fit more too. I do think it needs some sort of strap at 90 degrees from leather strap to stop the contents spilling onto the road at random times.

Hi, we have all discussed this in a few occasions if you look at the thread. Different folks like different strokes, so there isn't a right or wrong answer to you question, it is more a matter of personal preference. The Pro Team range is designed to be race tight, so should, in the case of the bibs, feel a little awkward off the bike, but once on, a perfect fit. But, it is possible to 'size up' and get a more relaxed fit. I would say from my experience, that a large pair of Pro Team bibs will feel tighter than a medium pair of classic bibs.

These work well once you figure out the best way to get your gear in there. I use one of my daughters black hair bobbles to make sure it doesn't unravel mid ride.

I owned the black ones but I found them a bit sweaty. The GT gloves were much better, especially the early versions. I now wear the classic mitts, more robust and a better pad (I broke my hand a few years ago so gloves are important for comfort.

That second pair of gloves aren't Grand Tour, they were called Criterium gloves, and were cheaper than the GT gloves, about £60 when they were available, which is a few years ago now.

Fook, that is a tad optimistic, £249 for a jersey that is available to buy from Rapha, what a prick. I don't remember reading that the jersey is limited edition anywhere either.

I believe Rapha a doing all they can on this, there are restrictions on the amount you can buy on limited stock items and there are procedures to try and stop the ebayers but it is very hard for them to control this. You will just have to look at the site each day to see if anything has gone up. Newsletters tend to go out mid to late afternoons, so I would be looking before that time if it were me.
