im unsure now ive looked at it more, it seems that a 650 may possibly bring the bb too low? im not sure but a tighter fork is definitely needed at least! the clearance differences just let it down a little!
Found where I saw it:
http://forum.fixedgearmoscow.ru/index.php?showtopic=6037The fork is not an original one but don't know if it should be a 650c one.
To save your time, the first line says:
"Samoilov frame, chrome fork(Fondriest, road, damaged) -

Was so close to bidding on a vitus seatpost last night but then saw photos of it on a frame and didn't like the clamp bulge, looks good with the your saddle though.
Personally prefer it with the HVZ chainring tho, looks nice overall tho.I bought that seatpost for 15$, so it was bargain.
this is stunning!
Steep seattube angle no?I was able to get this document, it says 80 degrees seattube - nice :)

Bought it on ebay not so long time ago to replace my speczakaz sport. First I put everything from my HVZ and it looked like this:

Then I bought a vitus seatpost which has 27.0 diameter

I didn't like brown colour on it so I replaced bar tape with grips and bought a black turbo. Also dura ace chainring instead of HVZ. Now it looks like this:

Gabris, just stop pretending wise. You said my crankset is hvz-it isn't. It was made in Russia, not even close to ukraine. Accidentaly, kalashnikov factory is in Ishevsk. ;)
My fork looks exactly the same like on cze85's photo. I'm just wondering, is there any possibility that whole frameset is speczakaz? I ain't saw any Meteor with such long CS...That is not kalashnicov factory for sure :)
Make closer photos of lugs and drop outs and I'll try to tell which model it is.
Meteor is also "spec zakaz" which simply means special order.
yea, and measure seatpost diameter.

I don't know much about the factory and never heard about any other bike parts but cranksets from them. These cranksets are definitely better than HVZ ones they are lighter, prettier and much better finished. I've got the same crankset on my vivalo:
http://www.pedalroom.com/bike/vivalo-special-13964As for the fork, it might be HVZ "spec zakaz"sprint, which is better, or hvz rekord, can say more if you make closer photos.
But you can never be 100% sure with HVZ :) -
That is the "IRZ" crankset. ( Izhevsk Radio Zavod - Izhevsk radio factory)
Here are some photos of the same set:https://pp.vk.me/c317324/v317324617/9784/eXCX1yx1iAQ.jpg

Also the fork appers to be from rekord not a meteor original one.
