I think that's what @Dom had on his small V2, but wider rims. If long and short are same, you alright with 38c on there.

It's not that bad, I've done 250g bag in one go for dimi, when he had a collarbone broken.

On a way back home some idiot gently drove into the back of me as I was standing at the traffic lights, came along me, opened his window, apologised first, and then proceeded to tell me that the problem is too many cyclists on the roads.
