As @Pifko said, even if it's not mine, I would go for a second hand frame and spend on wheels, skin suit and helmet.
Although there are aero gains to be made on the frame, the main thing you are getting is a bike with geometry suited to a good position, that's where you gain the most.

Does anyone want to buy my Karoo? It's a brand new unit, replaced under warranty as the old one was missing the usb port cover (apparently it can only be fitted in the factory). Comes with the new bracket foot and all the accessories.
Up to date review on Road.cc
I actually really like it now and it's constantly improving with updates every two weeks, but I've started riding long distances (200km +) and the battery isn't ideal for this. I'm getting 8-9hrs depending on usage.
If something goes wrong with it, I'm happy to act as a go-between and return it in my name. Looking for £200, as used ones are going regularly for that on ebay, it currently sells new for £312
EDIT - I'm going to stick it on eBay this weekend. Hope that doesn't count as breaking the rules. Just giving first dibs to the forum.

I'm looking for something to allow me to mount my phone easily on my stem or between my aero bars for riding long distances. Quad lock looks good but there is prob not room to lock the phone in because of the extensions/pads.
I found this top peak one and it looks pretty good. Could also mount a backup front light underneath it.
Anyone used it or have any opinions on it?

I did/do 16/8 fasting which I find pretty manageable. I get to eat two good sized meals and still have a calorie deficit if I want. Not eating/drinking after 8pm means that you don't drink or snack after dinner which keeps beer consumption to a minimum.
As people have mentioned, I'm not sure if the fasting has a big difference, but the routine has helped me to be more aware of what I eat and when.
Actually, I usually only stick to it Mon-Thurs but just doing this has helped me maintain since dropping quite a bit of weight at the start of the year.

Why not start on sweet spot base, low or medium depending on your available time? The main benefit of TR for me is the fact they work out all that stuff for you.
I usually do a longer weekend ride instead of the Sat one so my TSS is higher than the plan I’m on, but it’s not as good in terms of quality.

Lea Valley CC - Club runs every Sunday from Walthamstow Town Hall, usually three speeds.
Rides from HEX - https://hexcycling.com/ on most Saturdays. Less of a traditional club.
I asked about this a while back and think I have now found a solution. My kickr was reporting around 50km per 1 hr turbo ride when uploaded to Strava and although it's ultimately meaningless, my old turbo seemed a bit more realistic with distances of between 20 and 30km.
Now on the Wahoo app you can select 'Erg Mode Speed Simulation' and it reports a much more 'realistic' distance and speed, based on power and cadence, not just on the flywheel speed. It has no effect on TR.
I know indoor distance is not really a thing, but when quickly comparing seasons on strava, it is quite useful.
