@dbr spotted at 44secs

@ewanmac I have been wondering the same thing.
I would like a way to log my overall TSS type thing with a combination of Trainer road data and HR from outdoor rides. Ultimately I want a power meter, but feel I should see if I have the commitment to training before splashing out. -
-
@Breso - Eventually got my bb bearings replaced on my 695. Bearings were £38 and Bespoke fitted them for £50 so not quite as bad as I thought. I guess they have got quicker at doing it!

@dbr he is as surprised as anyone I think. And warning of your threat on facebook.

Alphabetical, nice. So you don't have to wait long to find out if you are the fastest David
@dbr -
Hi all, I was directed this way from another thread. Does anyone have the Look tool/tools required to remove and replace the bearings on a Look 695? They use Look's proprietary Zed2 crank system and Look make the tools to service it.

Or, do you think it could be done without the specific tool?

God no. My brother @dbr rides tt's fixed, although he hasn't tried the F11/10.
I would be interested to know my power for today, I suspect I'm not very aero.
-
-
@Ste_S at the end of last year I did a 23.07 on a road bike with clip on aero bars.
So far this year my best is a 21.48 on a TT bike with a cheap skinsuit and bambino style helmet. I've done modest training over the winter. Looking back, a faster course and kit are prob the main diff! -

The Lochte story makes me really annoyed. I wonder how many Americans will choose not to travel to Brasil in the future as the result of a bunch of privileged swimmers trying to cover up for their drunken mistakes.
This kind of sums it up - “ (it) has tapped into one of Brazilians’ biggest pet peeves — gringos who treat their country like a third-rate spring break destination where you can lie to the cops and get away with it.” - Brian Winter, vice president for policy at Americas Society and Council of the Americas.

@xavierdisley that is a good nod to the trip suit. But it's a pity it's not the same red as the bike and helmet.

One spare ticket for tonight as my friend can't join us. £20, I can email the ticket and you can pay cash when you sit down next to us. Track side, pretty much looking down the home straight.
