Popped in to Ryan Builds Wheels today to spec out the replacement rims.

Keeping new DX 650 hubs but switching the rear free hub to a NOS 8spd HG version, then going for Mavic XM 719 with sapim race.

Should be a nice, light (ish) a set of tubeless wheels.

Busy few months for this one, 2000km delivering coffee killed the rear rim last week. So a new temp XT M750 whilst I wait for a slot at a wheel builders. Also upped to 8speed with a xt rear derailleur.

Been really uncomfortable on it recently, switched to some Salsa Moto Pro carbon bars to see if a wider bar helps, but may end up going drop.

The Grasshopper though is an OG 1988 version, you can tell by the blister pack. Even in that condition its worth a bit. the Re-Release NIB goes for 15o-175 these days, so i would expect that to be worth 175 -200 tbh. Get it on Ebay.
